Fundsmart Performance-Based Refund Policy

1. Overview

Fundsmart provides a limited, performance-based refund option for the V1 EA. This policy allows clients to evaluate the EA under demo or live trading conditions while following Fundsmart daily inputs and risk management rules.

2. Trading Day Requirement

The refund evaluation is based on five (5) confirmed trading days. A trading day is defined as a day on which Fundsmart confirms suitable market conditions and authorises the EA to run. Days where the EA is not run due to unsuitable conditions are excluded from the evaluation.

3. Eligible Accounts

This refund policy applies only to demo or live trading accounts. The EA must be operated on a single account for the duration of the evaluation period. For live accounts, the maximum daily loss setting must not be set lower than twenty percent.

4. Usage Requirements

To qualify for a refund, clients must follow Fundsmart daily inputs, use the recommended EA settings, and apply correct risk management at all times. Trading activity must reflect consistent and correct use of the system without manual interference.

5. Review and Verification

Fundsmart reserves the right to review and verify all trading activity before approving any refund. This may include reviewing account history, EA settings, and risk parameters, or requesting temporary investor access to confirm compliance.

6. Refund Exclusions

Refund requests will not be approved where trading activity shows deviation from Fundsmart guidance, altered EA settings, manual trade interference, or incorrect risk management. Losses resulting from user error or non-compliance are not eligible for a refund.

7. Access Termination

If a refund is approved, all access to Fundsmart will be permanently removed. This includes access to the EA software, educational resources, Telegram communities, support services, and all future updates.

8. Ongoing Access

Clients who do not request a refund after completing the five trading day evaluation period will retain lifetime access to Fundsmart, including future updates, subject to compliance with Fundsmart’s Terms and Conditions.

9. Amendments

Fundsmart may update or amend this refund policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
